1. What RankTopApp is

RankTopApp is a community where app developers test each other's published Google Play and App Store apps. Testers install an app, try it, and give an honest review or private feedback. They earn credits. Developers spend credits when others test their apps.

We provide the platform only. We don't promise any store ranking, rating, install count, or revenue.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live. You need a valid email address and must give us accurate information.

One person gets one account. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

3. Credits

Credits are a points balance inside RankTopApp. They have no cash value. They can't be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, and they are not a bank balance or stored-value account.

• You earn credits when a developer (or the system, after the review period) approves your test.
• Credits are reserved from a developer when a tester starts a test, and released if the test expires or is cancelled.
• We can correct a balance to fix an error, a refund, a chargeback, or abuse. We will say why.
• If we close your account for breaking these terms, you lose any remaining credits.

4. Buying credit packs

You can buy credit packs. Payments are handled by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number.

Purchases are final. Credits that have been used aren't refundable. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel, that right is not affected. If a payment is reversed or disputed with your bank, we may take the matching credits back, and your balance may go below zero until it's repaid from future earnings.

5. Honest testing and reviews

The point of RankTopApp is real feedback from real developers. When you test an app, you agree to:

• install the app on your own device and use it before reviewing it.
• write your own review in your own words, and say what you really think.
• not change your review because of a reward, and know that your reward never depends on your star rating.
• send real, unedited screenshots as proof.

6. What's not allowed

Don't do any of the following. We may remove content, take back credits, and suspend or close accounts if you do.

• Create more than one account, or use fake or automated accounts.
• Submit edited, reused, or fake screenshots or reviews.
• Ask for, or offer, reviews with specific wording, a fixed star rating, or specific keywords.
• Use bots, scripts, emulator farms, or any way around the limits and checks.
• Abuse invite codes, referrals, disputes, or support.
• List an app you have no right to list, or a listing that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.
• Harass, threaten, or spam other people, or share their private information.
• Try to break, probe, or overload the service, or reach data that isn't yours.

7. App store rules are your responsibility

Google Play and the Apple App Store have their own rules about reviews, ratings, and installs. You are responsible for following the rules of every store where you publish or review apps. We are not affiliated with Google or Apple, and we can't protect your store account from any action they take.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post: app listings, screenshots, reviews, feedback, and messages. You give us a licence to store, display, and process it so we can run the service, show it to the people involved, and check it for abuse. App names, icons, and descriptions come from the stores and belong to their owners.

9. Decisions and disputes

A developer can approve or reject a test for a short list of reasons. Tests that nobody decides are approved automatically after the review period. If you think a rejection is wrong, you can open a dispute within 72 hours. A person on our team reads it and makes a final decision on the credits involved.

10. Suspending and closing accounts

You can stop using RankTopApp at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account, with or without notice, if you break these terms, put other people at risk, or if we have to by law.

11. Our responsibility

RankTopApp is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running and accurate, but we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions taken by app stores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it starts. Using RankTopApp after that means you accept the new terms.
